2021 Helen’s Hill Breachley Block Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach and dried honey aromas float through the olfactory senses with some cashew, subtle crème brulee, citrusy nougat and spice notes also chiming in. Mid weighted the palate combines rich fleshy white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours with a fresh flinty feel. Delicate cashew, citrus, nougat and spice characters linger on the back half. Lively acidity finishing medium to long, refined and lightly creamed.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
