Dense inky black heart with a very deep dark purple black hue. Pronounced liquorice, black cherry and black plum aromas sail out of the glass trailed by fennel, scorched earth and pepper notes. Saturating the medium to full bodied palate are rich, luscious black cherry, liquorice and black plum fruits with fennel, scorched earth and pepper elements lying underneath. Youthfully bright acidity and ripe chewy tannins form a long, robust black fruited finish.
