Magnificent super saturated inky black heart with an equally deep dark purple black hue. Aromas of liquorice, dark plum and freshly crushed blackberries waft out of the glass followed by hints of blueberry, vanillin cedar and pepper. Rich succulent blackberry, liquorice, dark plum and blueberry fruits are framed by youthful energetic acidity and a muscular tannin structure. Earth and peppered fresh herb nuances lie underneath. Bright juicy finish of good length. Needs a few more years under its belt to settle in.
