Brilliant water like colour with a distinct tinge of green to the edges. Zesty lemon and lime scents mix with orange rind, wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Snappy lemon and lime fruits are underpinned by crunchy acidity with elements of wet steel and flinty mineral characters lying in the background. Dry, slightly austere finish with a racy mineral infused lemon and lime aftertaste.
