Fermented and matured in French oak barriques for 11 months. Brilliant straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up nectarine and dried honey scents which meld into biscuity oak, citrus and roasted almond like notes. Lively nectarine and citrus fruits are underscored by roasted almond and subtle infusions of gun flint. Finishes dry and fresh with vibrant acidity and an elegant mid length aftertaste.
