Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Zesty citrus, light passionfruit and green apple scents flow out of the glass followed by some flinty mineral notes. The zippy palate features racy passionfruit, citrus and green apple flavours which are underpinned by crisp mineral infused acidity. Finishes light and zingy.
