2021 Hahndorf Hill Pinot Grigio

Made from hand-harvested grapes that are sourced from three different and varying sites in the Adelaide Hills. Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges. Delightful pear and red apple scents engulf the nostrils with hints of lime, honeysuckle and wet stone also evident. The vibrant, intensely flavoured palate serves up a mix of pear, green to red apple and lime fruits which form a wonderfully supple textural feel. Finishes dry with crisp, invigorating acidity. The long moreish aftertaste picking up subtle accents of musk, wet stone and fresh herbs.
