2021 Grampians Estate Woolclasser’s GST

A blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Shiraz and 10% Tempranillo. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Fragrant raspberry, red liquorice and red plum scents are complimented by fresh herb, vanillin cedar and pepper notes. Succulent raspberry and red liquorice fruits drive the light to mid weighted palate with some scorched earth, infusions of fresh herbs and pepper lying underneath. Fleshy textured with velvet smooth tannins it finishes fresh with an abundance of juicy red fruits.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
