Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted citrus and grapefruit aromas are trailed by some subtle almond and gun flint notes. Lean and light with crisp acidity, the palate has a delicate flavour profile of citrus and green apple over a wet stone and mineral back drop. Finishes dry with a brisk and focused aftertaste.
