2021 Gipsie Jack The Terrier Shiraz Cabernet

Dense black dark red colour with a deep vibrant dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice, blackcurrant and choc mint are followed by some spicy vanillin cedar and earth notes. Mid weighted fleshy dark plum, liquorice and blackcurrant fruits are underpinned by bright youthful acidity. Some vanillin cedar, inky earth and mint elements are also evident. Polished tannins with a juicy energetic mid length finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
