Totally opaque midnight black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Nosing draws out aromas of black cherries and liquorice which are intermeshed with smoky vanillin cedar, earth and peppered meats. Rich black cherry and liquorice fruits are delivered with ample flesh and intensity over a scorched earth, vanillin cedar and peppered meat background. Velvet like tannins with a peppery, generously fruited conclusion.
