Matured in second and third use French oak for 10 months. Semi translucent red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Perfumed aromas of violets, red cherries and strawberries are followed by fresh herb, subtle anise and faint spicy cedar notes. Light in body, red cherry and winter strawberry fruits are delicately layered across the palate with forest floor, fresh herb and spicy cedar elements also chiming in. Refined tannin structure finishing fresh and elegant.
