2021 Frogmore Creek Pinot Noir

Deep dark red black tinged core with a bright dark red hue. Elevated dark cherry, plum and anise aromas fill the nostrils followed by some fresh herb, earth and spice notes. Light to medium weight the palate is filled with youthful dark cherry and plum fruits that have a juicy feel. Spicy anise, faint forest floor, light toast and infusions of fresh herbs meld into a finish that shows plenty of freshness. Polished tannins with a savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
