Medium bodied with good flesh and peppered earth characters lingering through the finish.

Dense inky black heart with a dark red hue. Spicy dark plum and liquorice aromas intermingle with scorched earth, black olive, dried herb and blackpepper notes. Juicy dark cherry and liquorice fruits carry medium body weight and good flesh across the palate. Scorched earth and peppered dried herb elements sit underneath. Slightly grainy tannins with peppered earth elements lingering through the aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
