2021 Forty-Two Degrees South Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a youthful purple hue. Inky dark cherry aromas mix with wild raspberry, subtle earth and fresh herbs. Light with a youthful freshness dark cherry and raspberry fruits mesh with inky earth and infusions of spicy herbs. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity, slightly chalky tannins and an elegant medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
