Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, green apple and lime zest are trailed by some light mineral notes. Elegant, light and zippy the palate features green apple and lime fruits over a crisp flinty mineral back drop. Finishes dry and brisk.
