Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Dark cherry and blackcurrant aromas mix with earth, vanillin cedar, tobacco and spicy dried herbs. Medium weighted with dark cherry and red currant flavours to the fore, some dried herb, earthy tobacco and spice characters lie underneath. Slightly chalky tannins with a rustic yet amply fruited finish.
