Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Captivating the olfactory senses are intense passionfruit, peach and red apple skin aromas with some lime, subtle fresh herb and wet slate notes also evident. Scrumptious guava, peach and lime fruits engulf the mouth underscored by crunchy acidity. Infusions of fresh herbs and distinct stony mineral characters linger right through the long, dry, lip smacking finish.
