2021 Fetherston Camellia Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from 32 year old vines with maturation taking place in second fill French oak barriques for 3 months. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant infused with a mix of tobacco and black olives are followed by some dusty earth and spice notes. The fresh mid weighted palate has a lively flavour profile of red to black currant fruits over tobacco, earth and spicy dried herbs. Bright acidity and grainy tannins firm up the finish. Vibrant medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
