2021 Eldredge Blue Chip Shiraz

Aged in American oak barrels for approximately 18 months. Magnificent colour boasting a super saturated inky black heart along with an equally deep dark red black hue. Wafting from the glass are intense aniseed, black cherry and dark plum aromas followed by toasty vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth notes. Rich, concentrated and voluptuous in its texture, the large scaled palate is awash with lavish aniseed, black cherry and black plum fruit. Smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth elements lie underneath. Velvet smooth tannins with a finish that’s long, powerful and opulent.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
