Brilliant water like core with a distinct glimmer of green to the edges. Intense lime, green apple and citrus aromas marry into orange rind and subtle slatey mineral notes. Mouth watering lime juice, green apple and lemon flavours overlay talc and sherbet like characters with some steely minerality also apparent on the dry crisp finish. Concludes long and focused with some real lemon and lime zing.
