2021 Dr Burklin-Wolf Wachenheim Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with gleaming green tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime, lemon and green apple aromas jump out of the glass followed by faint bees wax, toast and steely mineral end notes. Zippy lime and lemon fruits are underscored by sizzlingly crisp, mineral infused acidity. Wet steel, green apple and flinty slate like characters linger through the tail. Excellent drive finishing dry, zesty and long.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
