Domaine Sainte Marie has a history dating back to the 18 century. This Rose is made from a blend of certified organic and biodynamic Cinsault (35%), Grenache (25%), Tiburen (15%), Carignan (15%) and Syrah (10%) grapes.
Pale salmon pink in colour. Fragrant peach, strawberry and musk scents are complimented by some wet stone notes. Delicious raspberry, peach and strawberry fruits slide across the mouth filling palate with a slippery feel. Subtle infusions of musk and wet stone characters linger underneath. Finishes dry and brisk with a long supple aftertaste. A highly moreish Provence Rose.
