Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated ripe peach and apricot scents drift from the glass followed by hints of honeycomb, crème brulee and spicy nougat. Juicy ripe peach and apricot flavours show plenty of textural volume with some subtle crème brulee and nougat characters lying underneath. Spicy finish with lively acidity and a supple well rounded conclusion.
