2021 Domaine Gavoty Grand Classique Rose

Made from a blend of 85% Cinsault and 15% Grenache. Translucent pale salmon pink in colour. Delightful peach and raspberry scents rise out of the glass with some strawberry, musk and wet stone notes also chiming in. Delicious peach, strawberry and raspberry fruits show ample flesh and carry a supple feel. Infusions of musk and wet stone lie underneath. Good intensity finishing dry with brisk acidity and a lengthy aftertaste.
