2021 Domaine Felix Petit Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing evokes aromas of pear, lime and green apple over a subtle dried honey and stony mineral back drop. Delicious pear and lime fruits infused with fresh herbs meld into wet slate and mineral characters. Beautifully rounded texturally it finishes dry with brisk acidity and a stony mineral laden conclusion that’s loaded with freshness.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
