2021 Domaine des Hates Petit Chablis

Bright straw colour with flecks of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of green apple, pear and lime meld into a wet stone, flint and oyster shell like back drop. Nicely rounded river stone like feel with flavours of pear, citrus and green apple overlaying stony mineral and oyster shell elements. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a stony mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
