2021 Domaine de Bellene Bourgogne Maison Dieu Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes

From vines with an average age of 70 years old and aged in French oak. Semi translucent red to dark red core with black toned edges and a light red hue. Fragrant violet scents mix with ripe red cherry, strawberry and dried clove scents. Some forest floor and spicy cedar notes are also evident. Elegant and light in body, juicy red cherry, winter strawberry and rhubarb flavours meld into a dried clove, earth and spicy cedar back drop. The savoury conclusion layered with spicy red fruits.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
