2021 Domaine Chevrot Bourgogne Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Pinot Noir

Certified organic. Red to dark red in colour with black toned edges and a vibrant red purple tinged hue. Fragrant scents of violets, fresh herbs and sour to red cherries fill the nostrils followed by some delicate anise and forest floor notes. Light in body and fresh in its feel the palate is gracefully decorated with sour to red cherry fruits, infusions of fresh herbs, delicate earthy incense characters and spice. Energetic acidity and fine grained tannins with an elegant finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
