Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a light red to red hue. A mix of sour and red cherries greet the nostrils with whiffs of violets, winter strawberries, fresh herbs, earth and subtle spicy rhubarb ensuing. Exhibiting ample richness and flesh, the delicious palate is graced with red cherry, red liquorice and strawberry fruits. Delicate earth, infusions of fresh herbs and spicy cedar lie beneath. Fine grained tannins with a lengthy finish that’s both very savoury and polished in its feel.
