2021 Dols Chardonnay

Bright pale straw to straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach and dried honey are intertwined with hints of crème brulee, biscuity nougat and spice notes. Rich ripe peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours decorate the palate with subtle crème brulee, biscuity nougat and spice characters lying underneath. Concludes with a creamy textured finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
