2021 Dinny Goonan Single Vineyard Shiraz

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Fragrant red plum and liquorice aromas laced with clove, Mediterranean herbs, smoky earth and pepper drift from the glass. Juicy plum, liquorice and ripe blueberry fruits are layered across the supple mid weighted palate with some smoky cedar, clove and peppered earth characteristics lying underneath. Polished velvet like tannins with a succulent smoky dried herb and spicy pepper infused finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Dark and youthful in the glass. Pretty and lifted aromas of blueberry, sarsaparilla, nutmeg, licorice, cola and sweet spice. Mid-weight and juicy on the palate, really pure and precise with lashings of blue fruits, spice and complexing oak. Very classy, cooler climate shiraz
