Fermented with wild yeast and left on lees for 6 months to mature in new and seasoned French oak.
Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted nectarine and peach aromas are paired with dried honey followed by hints of toasty oak and spicy nougat. Fleshy nectarine and grapefruit flavours meld into citrus, faint dried honey and subtle spicy oak. Finishes dry with fresh acidity leading into a vibrant medium length aftertaste.
