Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense lime, citrus and orange rind scents jump out of the glass with notions of talc and chalky minerals also evident. Mouth watering lime zest, lemon and orange rind fruits show both volume and concentration across the palate. Crunchy acidity with talc, green apple and slatey mineral characters flowing onto the back half. Dry, zippy finish with a scrumptiously long aftertaste.
