Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Red to dark cherry and winter strawberry scents intermingle with forest floor, meaty notes and spicy cedar. Smooth on entry with delicious dark cherry and strawberry fruits melding into a savoury back drop of forest floor and dried meats. Spicy finish with fine grained tannins and a medium to long aftertaste.
