2021 Crawford River Rose

Produced only in the years where yields permit, this dry Rose is produced from a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend from the wonderful Henty Region.

Notes from the producer....
We are delighted to have this wine back for the Summer ahead. The fruit was hand-picked and crushed to press. Cool fermented in a combination of stainless steel and old oak. This delicious, dry Rosé has its usual focus of red fruits throughout. Redcurrant combines with guava and cherry on the nose, swiftly followed by hints of watermelon, spice and savoury elements. The delicate fruits continue through the palate, which has a wonderfully textured mouthfeel.
