2021 Craigie Knowe Estate Riesling

Brilliant water like core with highlights of green skirting the edges. Bursting out of the glass are intense lime, citrus and orange rind scents which are trailed by chalky talc, mandarin and flinty mineral notes. Racy lime and orange flavours are energised by laser like acidity which gives the wine a crunchy feel. Citrusy mandarin, wet steel and flinty mineral characters chime in on the back half. Concludes dry with a taut and zesty finish.
