2021 Coriole Sparta Shiraz

Dense inky black colour with a very deep bright dark red black hue. Elevated liquorice and red to dark plum aromas intermingle with hints of vanillin cedar, scorched earth and pepper. Rich liquorice, dark plum and dark cherry fruits have a juicy feel with vanillin cedar and peppered earth characters lying underneath. Slightly meaty texture with a sturdy yet integrated tannin structure. Concludes medium to long with a peppery dark fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
