2021 Coriole Shiraz

Impenetrable black as night core with a very deep black dark red hue. Elevated aromas of freshly crushed blackberries, liquorice and red plum greet the olfactory senses followed by some vanillin cedar and peppered earth notes. Rich and juicy yet relatively refined the medium to full bodied palate is handsomely endowed with inky blackberry, liquorice and spicy red plum fruits. Lurking underneath is vanillin cedar, traces of fennel and peppered earth elements. Polished yet sturdy tannin structure. Concludes long, amply fruited and fresh.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
