2021 Clyde Park Pinot Noir

Renown as one of Geelong’s top producers, Clyde Park was first established in 1979. The fruit for this mid tier Pinot is sourced from five different blocks planted between 1988 and 2000 which contain seven different clones.
Semi translucent dark red colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Perfumed scents of violets, red to dark cherries and strawberries blossom out of the glass trailed by some anise, forest floor, fresh herb and spicy cedar notes. Light in body with a very elegant feel the palate is decorated with vibrant red fruits which are intermeshed with subtle anise, forest floor and spicy cedar elements. Fresh finish with polished tannins and a lively red fruited aftertaste. An elegant, lighter styled release.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
