2021 Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a distinct tinge of green around the edges. A pungent mix of herbaceous gooseberries, passionfruit and lime fills the nostrils with some trailing grassy asparagus and flinty mineral notes. Intense passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry flavours drive the mouth-watering palate. Lying underneath are notions of lime and grassy asparagus characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a stony minerality running through the long snappy aftertaste.
