Brilliant very pale straw in colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime juice, granny smith apple and lemon aromas intermingle with wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Zippy lime and lemon flavours are underpinned by crunchy acidity with some orange rind and steely mineral characters also present. Finishes dry and zesty.
