A 100% Dolcetto farmed organically. Deep dark purple black colour with a youthful looking purple red hue. Attractive freshly crushed dark cherry, violet and red liquorice scents greet the nose with some earthy incense and fresh herb notes also chiming in. Fresh juicy cherry and red liquorice fruits sit over an inky back drop of earth, infusions of incense and fresh herbs. Dry, slightly chalky finish with vibrant acidity and a tightly knit tannin framework. Concludes youthfully fresh, elegant and inky.
