Deep dark red colour with black shaded edges and a bright red purple hue. Lifted cherry and red raspberry scents are complimented by dried herbs, earthy incense and spice notes. Juicy and bright the palate features sour to red cherry and raspberry flavours over a fresh herb, earthy incense and spice back drop. Finishes dry with lively acidity, faintly chalky tannins and a savoury mid length aftertaste.
