Very deep dark red black colour with a bright red purple hue. A mix of dark cherry and dark raspberry scents greet the nostrils followed by liquorice, inky earth and spice. Juicy dark cherry and dark raspberry fruits overlay subtle liquorice, vanillin cedar and spicy earth characters. Dry, slightly inky finish with bright youthful acidity, slightly chalky tannins and a savoury mid length aftertaste.
