2021 Chalk Hill Fiano

Fruit was sourced from the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Drifting from the glass are aromas of pear and lime which are trailed by some green apple and stony mineral notes. Texturally rounded in their feel are green pear, lime and green apple fruits with subtle wet stone and infusions of fresh herbs infiltrating the back half. Finishes dry with snappy acidity and a lingering mineral infused aftertaste.
