2021 Catlin Pudding and Pie Pinot Noir

Semi translucent ruby red colour with a light red hue. A fragrant mix of red cherry, violets and red raspberries drift from the glass followed by some spicy dried herb and meaty notes. Light in body the red fruited palate has a youthful freshness to it with notions of dried herbs, forest floor and spice also evident. Lively acidity with polished tannins and a savoury aftertaste that has a juicy edge to it.
