2021 Cantina Sava Poggio Pasano Primitivo

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. A mix of morello and dried cherry aromas meet up with some liquorice, vanillin earth and cinnamon notes. Rich juicy morello cherry, black plum and liquorice flavours overlay vanilla, earth and spicy cinnamon characters. Good flesh with ripe, slightly chewy tannins and a generous medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
