Certified organic. Deep straw in colour with pale gold tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced aromas of ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb fill the nostrils with some lemon butter, butterscotch and spicy bacon fat notes also chiming in. Rich, creamy textured flavours of yellow peaches, crème brulee and honeycomb overlay a butterscotch and spicy nougat back drop. Soft acidity with a generously rounded conclusion.
