Brilliant water like colour with a light shade of green around the edges. Elevated tropical fruit and pear aromas stream from the glass with some green apple, melon and spice notes also present. Crunchy pear, green apple and lime fruits line the zippy palate with some melon and flinty mineral characters on the back half. Crisp acidity with a lengthy finish that shows plenty of zest.
